Can I rent The Studio?

Yes, of course!

The venue is $150 for a weekday rental, $300 for a weekend rental. Discount available to educational groups.

How many rooms are available?

We have 2 main rooms; the concert hall and the classroom. The venue also includes a fully operational kitchen and two bathrooms (one with a shower), a box office and balcony.

Do you require a deposit?

For private events we require $100, which is refundable at the conclusion of the rental.

Who cleans up?

We ask that you treat the venue as you would the Adirondacks, with a "carry in, carry out" policy for garbage and waste. We also ask that you leave the room as you found it. Or...

If you'd rather not deal with the cleanup, we'll take care of it for just $75.

What does your venue include?

The venue includes an 850 sf main hall, 400 sf classroom, kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower), box office, 175 sf (which seats 20). There is on-site parking for up to 50 cars and the building is easily accessible to those with limited mobility and for those who use electric wheelchairs. There is no Wi-Fi or landline, but there is cell phone receptivity for all carriers.

What equipment do you provide with an event rental?

The Studio has 100 movable seats (80 for the main floor, 20 for the balcony), three 6’ resin tables, 2 small merchandise tables and a 9’ buffet table, as well as a Fishman stick PA (for use with phones and devices), and a Steinway baby grand piano. There is an art hanging system around the periphery of the main hall and classroom.

The musical equipment, including drums, amplifiers, instruments, microphones and cords, is not to be used unless specific arrangements have been made prior to the rental. Please call for details.
